HI guys, It’s been a while huh
So what’s been going on? Summer good?
Running long distance and *&^%$”$!! hills (as I like to call them) have become my main fitness focus lately. Hills have long been my downfall, so that’s what it’s all about these days.
Life is a lot like running, you have to embrace the ups and downs to get stronger and enjoy it
I am soon to be starting work with a female vegan fitness coach. It was important to me to find someone who was all those things, so I will keep you posted on how it goes. I am excited, mainly as I know she’s not going to force me to eat eggs. (More about my egg self-experiment later).
My twins are finally settled in school, the correct size and shape of A4 plastic wallets have finally been purchased, so hopefully soon I’ll be having more time to crack on with finishing off all the draft articles and winter recipes I’ve got going on, be sure to check back for them
I’ll have articles soon on my first (beyond ill-prepared) half-marathon in 2004, why I started running in the first place, and why I won’t be leaving Facebook just now, but what I will be doing instead.
